How I work
A proper conversation first
Give me a call or drop a message. I'd rather spend ten minutes understanding what you actually need than send a generic form back. If it's a small repair, I might be able to quote over the phone.
Site visit and quote
For anything bigger than a single door I'll come and look. Visits in Rothwell are usually free. You'll get a written quote with a clear scope — what I'm doing, what I'm not, and what it'll cost.
The work itself
I turn up when I said I would. I clean up after myself. I tell you straight away if something surfaces that wasn't in the quote — I don't spring extras at the end.
Paperwork and aftercare
